Andrew's 1st Beach trip

Andrew made his first trip to the beach while we were in Florida. He slept through the first half of it but seemed to enjoy the rest of our time there. It was a beautiful sunset!

I am trying to catch up on my blog posts from when we were in Florida. We took Andrew swimming in my parents pool for the first time. He was not really into it at first but by the second & third time we took him he loved it! :)

Andrew and his cousin Grace (my sister's baby) were together a lot during our trip in Florida. It was great to be with my sister and out babies. It was SO fun to see them together. Grace is actually 3 months older than Andrew but she is a little peanut (the same weight at him). We put them on the floor mat together a few times. One time Grace actually hit Andrew in the face and made him cry. He will get her back for that someday. There was another time where Grace was holding Andrew's hand (she was trying to make up for beating up her cousin).

Visiting with Friends from Tampa

The day before we left for Florida some of our friends from Tampa called and told us they were in town. We were able to have dinner with the Cramp family. We actually lived with the Cramps for about a month before we moved to St. Louis. It was SO good to see them.

We took the kids (Andrew, Grace & Caroline) to get their pictures taken yesterday. They turned out GREAT! All three of the babies were so good! More pictures to come tomorrow!

Our Florida visit so far...

Hello fellow blog readers-
Sorry it has been a while since i have posted. Our family has been busy visiting in Florida. Andrew did GREAT on the plane- as soon as we took off he fell asleep and slept until we got to Florida. Everyone is just going crazy over him. We spent the first weekend at a wedding (I was in my college roommate's wedding). It was a busy weekend but we all had a great time. Other than that we (me, Matt & Andrew) have just been hanging out with all our family here! We have not made it to the beach because it has rained everyday we have been here. Hopefully we will make it there before we leave. Here are some pictures of our visit so far...

6 Weeks Old

Andrew went to the doctors today. He got three shots and I think I saw tears come out of his eyes for the first time. It was just as sad for Mommy as it was for Andrew. Look how Andrew has grown:

Length: 23 inches

HAPPY 4th of JULY!!!

We hope you all have a very Happy 4th of July! Don't let the fireworks scare you like they did Andrew (see picture above) :)

Play-date with Ruby Jane

Our friends Conner & Jason and their 3 month old daughter, Ruby Jane came over for dinner and a play-date the other night. We had a great time. The guys (Matt & Jason) had to go take care of a professor's yard so Conner and I (and the babies) hung out. Here are some fun pictures of the evening.

Sail Away, Sail Away, Sail Away...

In one week we will be sailing away (actually flying) to Florida to see family. Let me just tell you how excited I am. Andrew is going to get to meet my Dad, his Aunts (my sisters), and many Great Aunts & Uncles, second cousins and other family. We are very excited to show him off!!! I will also be attending my best friend from college's wedding. It will be a great visit. Here are some fun pictures of our boy! Enjoy!
