Discovering dirt...

Matt did some yard work on Friday afternoon and Andrew and I went outside to enjoy the warmer weather. Well it did not take Andrew long to figure out the dirt Daddy was putting in the yard. He went right for it and before I could catch him he was putting it in his mouth and eating it. I was totally grossed out. This is the future of having boys, i guess! :)

Birthday & Anniversary

While we were gone last week my mom celebrated her birthday and my in-laws celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary. Happy birthday and anniversary to those we love!

10 months

Andrew is growing WAY to fast! He is moving all over the place and pulling himself up on things (he falls down a lot too). He weights 21.6 pounds and is eating more and more people food. His new tricks are fake coughing, giving BIG hugs, and saying WHOOOA. It is hard to believe in just two months he will be a year old.

While in Indiana we were able to get outside and go to the park with Matt's aunt & uncle. Since Andrew loves being outside we had a good time.

Our weekend in Indiana

We went to Indiana this weekend for Grandma Loveall's 79th birthday party. We were able to see lots of family, including our new niece, Coral Renea (Matt's brother's baby). We really enjoyed our visit with family!

Getting around (after bath time)

This is life in the Loveall family...Andrew is moving! His favorite thing to do is crawl over to something with handles and pull himself up. It is fun to watch him discover new things. Look how cute my (partially) naked baby is!

Bath-time with my buddy!

Andrew's buddy Ruby Jane and her parents came over on Monday night to go for a walk in the neighborhood. After the walk we let the kids play in the yard. When things were all said and done and it was time to go inside, the babies were pretty dirty. The dad's gave the babies a bath together and the Andrew and Ruby Jane loved it!

Matt is an amazing dad! He loves his boy so much! The other night before bedtime Matt decided to put Andrew in the laundry basket. Andrew loved it. Matt picked up the basket and drove it around the house like it was a UFO. Andrew thought that was so cool.

This is how we have been finding Andrew when we go in to get him after his nap. Our little guy is growing up so fast. In just a week he went from crawling/scooting to getting in the sitting position to pulling himself up on tables, couches and in his crib. It was like he just woke up one day and decided he wanted to move.

This is what I have seen lately...

My husband has been at his desk a lot lately. The past week has been exhausting for all of us. Matt had a paper due last week and today and has two mid-terms on Friday. He was sick this weekend and he started getting well just in time to get his paper done. He has still had to work and attend his classes, which leaves me home with Andrew without a break for days at a time. Let me just say I will be glad when this week is over. We are thankful for the date we are going on Friday night- Parents Night out at church is a beautiful thing!

70 degrees and amazing...

We have had some beautiful weather the past week. Andrew and I have been able to get out and play in the yard along with taking some walks. We have also had the windows open in the house. The three of us are really enjoying the Spring weather. The question is, will it last?


I love Andrew in just a onesie, I can see the chunk on his legs then.
